Step 4: Click on the “Change adapter settings” the option that appears on the left side of the screen.

Step 6: Click on the “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” under the option “This network uses the following items” and then click on Properties.

Step 7: Next step is to click on the “Obtain an IP address automatically” and then click on the “Obtain DNS server address automatically”. Select the “Ok” option to save the changes.

Step 8: Repeat the all above mentioned steps for Version 6 of Internet Protocol (TCP/IPv6).

Method 2: Change DNS to Google’s public DNS

Step 7: Click on the option “Use the following DNS server addresses” appear on your screen. There are two options after this, select the “Type 8.8.8.8.” in the Preferred DNS server and click on the option “ok” to save the changes.

Step 8: Final step is to Restart your system, and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Method 3: Clear DNS cache

Step 1: The first step is to click on the Search bar that appears in the toolbox of the system.

Step 2: Type “Command Prompt” and then Right-click on the Command Prompt that appears after the search and selects the “Run as administrator” option.

Step 3: A dark the screen will appear on the screen with some words. Type “ipconfig /flushdns” in the same and then click on the “Enter” button.

Step 4: Final step is to check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Method 4: Modify the hosts file

Step 1: The first step is to open the “My computer” tab that appears on the desktop screen.

Step 2: Search C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc in the search bar of the My Computer tab.

Step 3: Open the hosts file available in the above-searched link and then Right-click on that.

Step 4: In the drop-down menu, there is an option “Open with” click on that and then select “Notepad”.

Step 5: Delete all the content from the file.
