Solution 1: Delete Discord Files
Appdata is a folder that keeps data linked to applications. Many people advise against deleting the folder because it may contain windows and other important programmes. If we wish to clean up our system, however, we must follow the methods outlined below.
Step 1: Right-click on the Windows application and select Properties. Once the run dialogue appears on the screen, type “% appdata percent ” in the blank box provided. Go to the command prompt and type “temp” before pressing the enter key.
Step 2: Locate the folder “Discord” and delete all of the files within it, then confirm by pressing OK.
Step 3: In the command prompt, type percent temp percent and press the enter key twice to remove all of the files in the folder.
Step 4: Go to the Start menu and select Run, then put “% localappdata% ” in the blank box and select Run, then remove all of the files by selecting the Delete button. After you’ve finished, click OK.

Solution 2: Add Discord Installation Files to Antivirus Software’s White List

Internal files may be damaged by this antivirus on occasion. We must locate the installer file and add it to the whitelist before proceeding with the installation. To accomplish so, we must carefully follow specific steps.

Step 1: Before logging into our system, we must ensure that we have administrator access.
Step 2: In the start menu, look for the control panel section. Change the view choice to “category” once we’ve found the control panel. Now go to “uninstall an application” and look for the option for discord.
Step 3: Select the uninstall tab under the Discord option. It will then proceed to remove Discord from our computer. Finally, press the OK button.
